Welcome to the website of the Circle of Friends.  For those of you who have not looked outside recently, the snow is beginning to melt.  What does that mean?  It means that it is time for our third annual golfing fundraiser. Our Mission

WPCRC CIRCLE OF FRIENDS

 1)      The Circle of Friends (CoF) is a non-profit organization established to support the mission of the WPCRC and to ensure it continues to grow and serve the community.

2)      The purpose of organizing a non-profit group, separate form the City, is to raise money in order to provide for wanted items and capital projects that we cannot expect city property taxpayers to pay for.

3)   By having the Madison Parks Foundation, a 501( c)3 organization, as our fiscal agent all gifts are tax deductible.
